BoomBox Tournament Participation Terms of Agreement
ACCEPTANCE: By entering this competition, you agree you have read and accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to verify any entries and winners and may refuse to award prizes where we have reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. We suggest that you keep a copy of these terms for your own records.
- Players must be at least 13 years of age to participate in BoomBox tournaments. Players under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who must read these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by them, on behalf of their minor child consent from their Parent or Guardian.
- Cyberspline reserves the right to confirm that such permission has been granted and to close or restrict any Accounts until Cyberspline is satisfied that a parent or legal guardian has read the Terms and Conditions and agrees to allow their minor child to hold an account.
- Each User might be required to provide proof of eligibility and/or identification prior to receiving a prize.
- For the duration of the tournament, Cyberspline reserves the right to use the Twitch streams of all participants, as well as any player interviews, for the main tournament broadcast as well as for marketing and other purposes.
- Cyberspline is not responsible or liable for any injuries incurred while participating in tournaments.
You shall not (hereinafter, collectively “Rules of Conduct”):
- Post, upload, distribute, publish or otherwise transmit through BoomBox any content or other items that:
- Contain or is an unsolicited offer, advertisement, proposal, promotional material, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation, including, without limitation, bulk mailing of commercial advertising, chain mail, informational announcements, charity requests, petitions for signatures, or any of the preceding things related to promotional giveaways (such as raffles and contests), and other similar activities;
- Contain personal information of any third party, including, without limitation, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers
- May be considered threatening, harassing or promoting racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
- Charity requests, petitions for signatures, or any of the preceding things related to promotional giveaways (such as raffles and contests), and other similar activities;
- May constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party;
- May be unlawful, libelous, abusive, defamatory, obscene, profane, offensive, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, inflammatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable in any way or that impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity, or access the accounts of others without permission, forge another persons’ digital signature, misrepresent the source, identity, or content of information transmitted via the BoomBox, or perform any other similar fraudulent activity;
- Attempt to indicate in any manner that you have a relationship with Victory Up that does not actually exist or that Victory Up has endorsed you or any products or services for any purpose.
Cyberspline reserves the right to modify, change, alter, or replace these guidelines at any time, without warning.
Prize money will be given to winners over PayPal within 30 days of the tournament’s conclusion.
